Policy overview

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at Shoodog90@gmail.com.

You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 14 days of your return request


Shipping
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
This means that your original shipping costs are non-refundable and you are also responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
We recommend shipping with a service that uses a tracking number. This will ensure efficiency and accountability when we process returns.
If we determine that the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. If the product is found to be not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

We do not accept COD´s and any item sent "Return To Sender" is not usually received.
Condition
All items returned must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging in tact.
You must also include, in the same condition as it was received, all packaging such as boxes, tags and bags.
We cannot accept any returns that show any signs of wear or alteration from their original condition and we reserve the right to reject such return requests.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranty does not apply to products sold on Shoodog.com

 

Once your return is received and inspected our return department (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
